Delivery Policy
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Our teams prepare and ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours (except weekends and holidays).
Câlinea ships to the following geographic areas ESPAGNE, ITALIE, POLOGNE, FRANCE, CANADA, BELGIQUE
For each order placed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a second email with shipping confirmation and tracking number.
During peak periods, orders may take up to 72 hours or 3 business days to be prepared.
The choice of carrier and prices may vary depending on weight, quantity, product availability, basket value and country of shipment.
OUR SHIPPING METHODS
By Colissimo: home delivery, collection point or post office (8 to 15 working days).
Some orders may come from several suppliers, in which case the items will be shipped separately.
SHIPPING COSTS
Delivery is free of charge.
Câlinea reserves the right to modify or temporarily cancel the free delivery. This change does not require prior notification to customers.
No third party will be able to claim reimbursement of delivery charges applied at the time of purchase. This information is available at the top of each page of the site and at the time of order confirmation.
Refund Policy
VALIDITY PERIOD
Our policy is valid for 14 days. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since we received your order, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return
The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
It must also be in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
Gift cards.
To return an item, you must present a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
PARTIAL REFUND
A partial refund may be granted in the following cases
Items not returned in their original condition, damaged or incomplete for reasons beyond our control.
Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Defective product(s)
If your order contains defective items, you may request a return or refund. Send an email to contact.veluci@gmail.com with :
A proof of purchase (e.g. a screenshot of the confirmation email).
A photo of the items in question.
Indicate whether you want the defective items to be returned or refunded.
Cancellation of orders
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact.veluci@gmail.com.
Cancellation requests will not be accepted if the order has already been processed.
Changes
Size/color exchanges:
Exchanges are only possible for a different size/color of the same model.
For a different product, return the original item for refund and place a new order.
Refund and Voucher Details:
By default, refunds are in the form of credit.
If you prefer a refund via the original payment method, please let us know by email.
Promotional codes or vouchers are not reissued or refunded.
Return Process
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and a decision to approve or decline your refund request.
If approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method within a few days.
Late or non-received refunds
If you have not received your refund:
First, check your bank account.
Contact your card issuer or your bank (processing delays may occur).

Gift Items
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase, a gift credit memo will be sent to you.
If the item was not identified as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Return shipping charges
Return shipping costs are at your expense and are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping charges will be deducted.
For items over 75$, please consider using a tracking or insured delivery service. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Policy

The product has not arrived within 40 days of purchase;

The product does not work;

For any problem other than those mentioned above, the cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer, who may choose the shipping method he/she prefers.
